A three-day retreat in a farmhouse surrounded by vineyards and close to the sea, designed to help you reconnect with yourself through Mindful Eating, conscious cooking, nature and wine.

An experience created by Matthias Hespe and Edgar Tarrés that combines macrobiotic cuisine, hands-on workshops, mindful meals, nature-based wellbeing and winefulness with Martin-Faixó wines. A space to care for the body, awaken the senses, reduce stress and transform your relationship with food in a deep and regenerative way.

DAY 1 · ARRIVAL AND OPENING
5:00 pm Arrival at Martin-Faixó farmhouse and check-in.

6:00 pm Welcome and retreat introduction. Nature and presence session with Edgar Tarrés to begin slowing down and opening the senses.

7:00 pm Cooking workshop with Matthias: introduction to macrobiotic cooking and dinner preparation.
9:00 pm Dinner.
10:00 pm Digestive breathing.

DAY 2 · IMMERSION IN BODY, COOKING AND NATURE
8:00 am Energy-boosting recipe workshop to start the day and breakfast preparation.

9:00 am Breakfast.

10:00 am Winefulness and guided visit of the farmhouse and vineyards.

12:00 pm Cooking workshop with Matthias: lunch preparation.

2:00 pm Lunch.

4:00 pm Free time to visit Cadaqués.

7:00 pm Cooking workshop and dinner preparation.
8:00 pm Dinner.

10:00 pm Harmonic concert.

DAY 3 · INTEGRATION AND RETURN TO YOUR OWN RHYTHM

10:00 am Meditative walk in the Cap de Creus Natural Park.
