MF RED WINE:

Vineyard: Vineyard located in Cap de Creus on slate floors, with great light exposure and influenced by tramontana that brings the salty air of the Mediterranean.

Winery: Grapes from varieties rooted in the Empordà, selected, and harvested by hand, each one separately. After alcoholic fermentation, it is aged for one year in French oak barrels, which gives it structure and a long journey in the bottle, where all the components are integrated in harmony.

Tasting notes and food pairing: Intense and well-structured wine, due its passage through barrels, ripe tannins, and the harmony it achieves during its rest in the bottle. The hints of chocolate, vanilla, nuts, jam, and light touches of eucalyptus stand out. The acidity and minerality, characteristic of the slate soil, make it perfect to pair with red meats, game, intense cheeses, and fish dishes.
