CAVA MF - BRUT NATURE:
Vineyard: Vineyard characteristic of the Mediterranean climate, with the ideal agroclimatic conditions for the cultivation of the vineyard and the best expression of the varieties used for this cava.
Winery: The collection and vinification of each variety is done separately. After blending, the wine undergoes the second fermentation in the bottle until it completes an aging of 9 months.
Tasting notes and pairing: On the nose, the first to appear are aromas of green apple and pineapple, and then secondary aromas with toasted notes and yeasts. On the palate it is fresh and elegant with hints of citrus and nuts. Its aftertaste is silky and vibrant, which allows a wide range of possible pairings. In this way it combines with anchovies, Iberian ham, canned marixo or multiple preparations with fish from ceviche to baked fish.
