CAVA ROSÉ MF:

Vineyards: Vineyard characteristic of the Mediterranean climate, with the ideal agroclimatic conditions for the cultivation of the vineyard and the best expression of the variety used for this wine.

Winery: Harvested by hand and traditionally made, with great care to maintain the freshness and delicacy of the grapes. After alcoholic fermentation, it undergoes the second fermentation in the bottle, where it will remain for 9 months in contact with the lees, gaining volume and complexity.

Tasting and pairing notes: Delicate onion skin color with reflections in salmon tones. Its aromas are lively and vibrant, with notes of strawberries, watermelon and lychee. On its palate it feels fresh, creamy and elegant, with good volume and an aftertaste of raspberry, pineapple, a variety of citrus fruits and a touch between toasted and smoky towards the end. It can be paired with Iberian hams and artisanal charcuterie, anchovies, mussels or with desserts.
