PERAFITA PICAPOLL 2024:

Vineyard: The vineyard is located in Cap de Creus on slate floors, with high light exposure and influenced by the Tramontana that brings the saline air from the Mediterranean.

Winery: It is the winery's young white wine that recovers a native variety of the Empordà. The grapes are hand picked in 10Kg boxes. Vinification is in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and taking care of its delicate aromatic profile.

Tasting notes and pairing: Pale yellow colour and high aromatic intensity with notes of white flowers such as orange blossom, and fruit such as green apple, pear, pineapple and floral notes. Aromas of ginger appear on the palate. A wine of great personality and expressiveness, with the minerality and acidity of slate soils, and the marine salinity of its surroundings. It can be paired with raw or cooked fish, seafood or various appetizers.
