ROSÉ WINE 2024:

Vineyard: Vineyard located in Cap de Creus on slate floors, with with high light exposure and influenced by the Tramontana that carries the saline air of the Mediterranean.

Winery: The harvest is done by hand in 10 kg boxes. Without maceration, the must that drains naturally before fermentation is fermented. The production is done in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature and minimal intervention.

Tasting notes and pairing: Rosé wine with a delicate salmon nuance. Intense floral aroma, with notes of red fruits such as raspberry, black fruits such as blackberries and orange peel. In the mouth it is fresh and easy to drink, silky, with a subtle creaminess, hints of jams and strawberries. Surrounding its passage through the palate where it demonstrates its great complexity and personality. It harmonizes very well with Mediterranean cuisine of seafood, vegetables and rice.
